48 own and 15 leased plastic injection-moulding machines are operated in 3 shifts in our injection moulding plant. The majority of the machines are of Engel type with a closing strength of 25 to 350 tons. Machine setters and toolmakers guarantee an undisturbed production in each shift. Continuous process controls guarantee a constant quality and thereby the proper use in the next production step.

We use a number of standard basic materials of excellent quality such as PS, PP, PE as well as technical materials such as ABS, PA, POM etc.
